Following current legislation and Government guidance, we’ve been working hard with ITV to find a way to safely take guests back behind the scenes at the Emmerdale Studio Experience. However, we operate within a confined indoor space and have the added challenge of making sure vital filming needs are met first and foremost. Therefore we would like to offer you a full refund. I had a booking for the Village Tour

Whilst we remain on pause at Emmerdale the Village Tour, we’re working hard behind the scenes alongside the production team to get the tours safely re-opened and towards the end of this year, we’ll be in a position to take bookings again. Therefore, as we are not able to offer a date for you to visit in 2020, we wanted to give you a couple of options:

Option 1: Get priority access to 2021 Village dates
We’d love to welcome you to the Village Tour in 2021! If you choose this option, you’ll be among the first to hear when tour dates are released, before the general public. Your booking can then be moved to any available date during 2021. If you would like to do this, please click here and we will add you to this priority list.

Option 2: Claim a Refund

I bought gift vouchers for the Village Tour

Unfortuantely the person you bought vouchers for has not yet had chance to use them. Whilst we remain on pause at Emmerdale the Village Tour, we’re working hard behind the scenes alongside the production team to get the tours safely re-opened and towards the end of this year, we’ll be in a position to take bookings again. Your gift voucher(s) will be automatically extended and will be valid for any available date in 2021.

You’ll be among the first to hear when tour dates are released, before the general public.  You will receive an email which can be forwarded to the friend or family member you bought the voucher for. The email will include full instructions on how they can make a booking for an available date in 2021.
