CAN I DO BOTH TOURS IN ONE DAY? 


Yes! It is possible to visit The Emmerdale Studio Experience & Emmerdale The Village Tour on the same day. Please be aware that they are in two separate locations (approx 25 minute drive away), so make sure you leave enough time for travelling between sites. 

Where can I park / nearest car park?

The Emmerdale Studio Experience:There is limited street parking in the vicinity. If you are driving to the attraction, we advise you use a car park for the duration of your stay. The nearest car park is the Leeds City Council pay and display car park on Burley Road, just in front of the Emmerdale Studio Experience. Alternative parking can be found at Kirkstall Road, LS3 1JA just around the corner and a 7 minute walk from the experience.

Emmerdale The Village Tour: There is complimentary car parking available at the dedicated pick up point, Weetwood Hall Hotel.

How long is the tour / visit?

The Emmerdale Studio Experience: Your guided studio tour will take approximately two hours, however please allow extra time to visit our lovely cafe & browse our gift shop.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

Emmerdale The Village Tour: Please allow approximately 3 hours for your visit. This will include your complimentary coach transfers to and from our pick point at Weetwood Hall Hotel. 
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your coach is due to depart. 

Where is Emmerdale Studio Experience?

Emmerdale Studio Experience is located on Burley Road in Leeds City Centre. The address is 27 Burley Road, Leeds, LS3 1JT. Our Studio Experience Tour page includes a map of the area plus more information about how to find us.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE ADMISSION FOR REGISTERED CARERS?



Yes, we do offer for free admission for registered carers with the purchase of a full paying adult ticket. These types of bookings cannot be made online, so please call our reservation team on 01904 261 262. Our booking line is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT VOUCHERS? 

To redeem your gift vouchers please call our reservation team on 01904 261 262.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed online.

If you experience any issues redeeming your vouchers, please email info@emmerdalestudioexperience.co.uk with the following details: 
- the type of voucher you would like to redeem
- the unique voucher code
- the issue date
- the date and time you would ideally like to visit (all our available dates are currently on our website)
 

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE? 

Yes! To avoid disappointment we recommend prebooking as we sell out many popular time slots. Prebooking in advance guarantees your tour time.

How much does it cost to visit? 

The Emmerdale Studio Experience: From mid-June, admission prices are £32.50 per adult and £16.50 per child. 

Emmerdale The Village Tour: All tickets are priced at £34.00 per person. 

Do you offer a discount for groups? 


Groups of 15 people or more usually qualify for a discount. Please see our groups page where you can get more information or contact our reservations team on 01904 261262.

Is the experience suitable for children? 

Although we welcome children, this is a 2-hour fully-guided tour and some of the footage from the show throughout the experience is taken from dramatic storylines in Emmerdale’s history. You therefore may want to consider whether the tour is suitable for your children. Regrettably, pushchairs are not allowed on the tour.

Is there anywhere I can leave my bags?

We’re sorry but there isn’t any secure space for guests to leave luggage or additional bags. We would recommend leaving these at your hotel or if you are travelling by public transport there are left luggage facilities at Leeds Train Station. Due to visiting working sets, there are strict security guidelines regarding bags which can be found here.

Will my bag be checked when I visit? 

For their safety and security, all visitors are admitted subject to a condition that, if requested to do so, they will allow themselves and/or their belongings to be searched before entry.

Can a wheelchair user still go on a tour? 

Yes, guests in wheelchairs can access all areas of the Emmerdale Studio Experience, and accessible toilets are available. Please note the tour can only accommodate one wheelchair user per tour so please call us before booking on 01904 261262 to check availability. You can find out more about accessibility here.

Can I hire a wheelchair for the tour? 

We do not offer wheelchair hire for the tour, but we are fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Can I bring my dog on the tour? 

Sorry, dogs are not allowed on the tour with the exception of registered guide dogs. If you wish to visit with an assistance dog, please ensure you have formal identification for the dog with you and email or call us in advance to let us know.

WHEN ARE VILLAGE DATES RELEASED? 


Tickets for the village tour are released in stages throughout the year. Please follow our social media channels for the latest tour updates and ticket releases. 

Is there a café & gift shop? 

Yes, there is a café serving delicious hot and cold food with both breakfast and lunch options. A range of coffee, tea and cold drinks are available as well as a large variety of snacks and light bites… and of course some delicious cakes!

You will get chance after the tour to browse our range of Emmerdale merchandise, unique gifts and memorabilia. We cannot send any of the items in the gift shop by post.

DO YOU PROVIDE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION?


All though we do not provide overnight accommodation, there are several hotels close by. 
 

Is there a chance to meet any actors / cast members?

Although filming does happen at both studio locations during the week, actors will not be present during your tour as they will be having a well earned weekend off! You will however see examples of real sets and costumes they use, and hear secrets about the production of Emmerdale.

Will I be able to have a drink in the Woolpack? 

Unfortunately 'The Woolpack' will not be open for business, but we do have a fully functioning café serving delicious hot and cold food and drinks. 

Can I hire out the venue for an event? 

Emmerdale Studio Experience offers venue hire for corporate and private events. We also offer a very popular hen do experience.

Can we get married at Emmerdale Studio Experience? 

Unfortunately, we do not have a marriage licence so you cannot get married at Emmerdale Studio Experience.

Do you have wi-fi at the Emmerdale Studio Experience?

Yes, you can enjoy complimentary WiFi during your visit. We’d love for you to share your Experience with us on Twitter and Facebook!

Do you keep lost property?

We hold on to all lost property for a limited time. If you think you may have left something behind during your visit, please contact us on 0113 430 1243. Sending lost property out will be subject to postal charges (depending upon the size and weight of the package). We accept no responsibility for lost items.
